Stephanie Prather and Manuel Lynch met at an Animal Rescue conference and spent time at the Animal Shelter together - while someone thought Stephanie met Manuel at the Homeless Shelter...that is just a funny story.

Manuel is 41 and Stephanie is 42.

We live in Las Vegas and are planning on spending about 50% of our time in New Zealand.

Manuel is the founder and owner of Axiom NZ, one of the world's leading Light Emitting Diode (LED) companies that is the energy efficient "green" lighting behind some of the biggest retail, automotive, and hotel names in the world. His personal goal is to develop a "free energy" system for 3rd World countries so that lighting could be brought to homes around the world and encourage reading and education. He is also in the process of creating a feature length film called "Rise Above".

Stephanie is co-owner of Axiom NZ where she focuses on expanding the companies reaches globally with considerable focus on taking Axiom's Sea Turtle compliant lighting systems to resorts around the world >>Axiom NZ.  Stephanie is also Director/Founder of AoTuroaLED Limited, a New Zealand company focused on developing LED lighting solutions for interior office and business applications >>AoTuroaLED. Stephanie is actively involved in Yoga and Gyro Kinesis.

Neither one of has has children but we call our two dogs our kids.  Suda is a 15 year old Shitzu who is ornery and feisty and thinks she can kick any big dogs butt. Conan is a 3 year old PBGV Mix (or Petite Basset Griffon Vendeen). He likes all ladies and loves to play ball and loves to rip apart his armadillo toy.

We love to travel and see the world and we take about 6-8 major trips per year.
