Prather teaches a Nevada Real Estate Continuing Education (CE) Class to
educate Real Estate agents on Reverse Mortgages for Purchase or Refinance. This
3 hour class is usually packed full of realtors wanting to provide new loan
options to their clients. The entry fee for this class is $10.00 cash.
Many of her attendees are frustrated with the
current residential market in Nevada and are looking for ways to help
clients purchase homes who otherwise could not due to credit or income
challenges.
 Stephanie has extensive experience in the
Reverse Home Mortgage markets and her classes address everything from the
history of the loans, what they are and what they are not, how they can be
used, case scenarios, and how to answer the questions your clients may have.
